1. Listing Agent Fee: Fixed fee of $6,000+ for homes under $1m, $1-2m at $10,000+ for homes $1-2m and
$14,000+ for homes over $2m, plus GST .

2. Buyer Agent Fee: Approx. 3.125% on the first $100,000 of the home price and 1.1625% on balance, plus GST.
